Gloucestershire Hockey Clubs and Schools can nominate players to attend trials by using the JOIN facility on Club Buzz – this will appear when you are logged out of Club Buzz

• Affiliated Gloucestershire Hockey Clubs can nominate outfield players and goalkeepers for the each age group and are emailed directly with instructions of how to do this. The deadlines for the 25/26 season are 26th May 2026
• The nomination numbers may be affected by inter-county transfers.
• Schools can only nominate players that are not members of a hockey club.
• Gloucestershire runs county squads from U14s (Year 8/9), U15s (Year 10) U17s (Year 11/12) – players that do not fall within these age boundaries cannot be nominated or selected.
• We no longer run an U13 Development Centre side due to the lack of match experience available in the West at this age group. Year 8 players can still be nominated if Clubs & Schools feel they are performing at a high level.
