GHA U8 Mixed, U10 Girls and Boys Hockey Festivals Sunday 8th October

Please find the orders of play / schedules at the links below for the GHA U8 Mixed, U10 Girls and Boys Junior Hockey Festivals this Sunday 8th October 2023. Please check very carefully the orders of play / schedules as sorting these out has been a nightmare due to the large number of constraints. Also finish times in U10s differ considerably from my previous emails.

Also my apologies, but there are unfortunately many examples of teams from the same Club playing each other, but this was unavoidable! I know, I should have consulted ChatGPT (other AI products available).

The U8 Mixed are at Bournside, pitches available 12.30 for matches to start at 13.00 and finish at 15.30. Stroud are running the venue.

The U10 girls are at Cheltenham Ladies College, pitches available 12.30 for matches to start at 13.00 and finish at 15.15. Wotton-Under-Edge are running the venue, please can coaches / managers meet at 12.45 just inside the entrance to the lower pitch (green) for the briefing. Please note also that Worcester only have 1 goalkeeper and so the order of play / schedule has their 2 teams playing at different times apart from one instance I could not avoid. Please can someone lend them a goalkeeper for this game?

The U10 boys are at Dean Close, pitches available 12.30 for matches to start at 13.00 finishing at 14.45. Gloucester City were due to run the venue, but are not participating so are there any volunteers to run the event please? Please ask your teams and all other participants to ensure their footwear is clean before going onto the pitches.
