Schools Competitions for Boys

Here is the entry form for the Gloucestershire Boys Schools County Hockey competitions which will run in the new year. This season we are constrained by limited time as there are earlier deadlines with the West competitions. Based on the low numbers from last time we ran these competitions I am proposing we combine some of the age groups and run competitions on single days.

Should entries be higher than I am expecting then I will look to split them and offer additional dates. With this in mind can you please return your entry forms to me ASAP so that I can address this before the Christmas break.
