School affiliation for 2020-2021
Gloucestershire Hockey Association (GHA) recognises the difficulties and uncertainty that schools are facing in light of the coronavirus pandemic. We have decided to reduce the affiliation fees payable by schools to £5.
GHA runs many competitions for schools and is responsible for delivering junior player development through the England Hockey Player Pathway. In a new initiative we are also offering professional hockey coaching to affiliated schools who wish to further the playing of hockey.
Please can you complete the affiliation process by 10th October by following the steps below.
(1) Download and complete an affiliation form. The affiliation form is available as a spreadsheet which can be downloaded and completed on a computer. Alternatively, there is a PDF version which can be printed and completed by hand.
(2) Make a payment of £5 by bank transfer to GHA's Lloyds bank account sort code 30-93-48, account number 03056561.
(3) Return the form to me (treasurer@glos-ha.org.uk), confirming that payment has been made.
