Thank you to all of the teachers, coaches, umpires and also to Cheltenham Ladies College for kindly hosting a great day of hockey. Congratulations to all of the school children that took part - there was some really good hockey being played and we hope that they learnt a great deal as the day progressed. The next committee meeting will take place at 7:30pm on Thursday 21st March 2024 at the Civil Service Club on Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham.
The Balcarras School Under 12 Girls represented Gloucestershire in the regional (West) competition at Clifton College.
Due to clashes of dates this event has had to be postponed.
As part of England Hockey’s initiative to develop hockey at grass roots level Gloucestershire Hockey Association intend to host an U14 7-a-side hockey festival open to girls and boys from all State Schools within the county.
The next GHA U8 Mixed and U10 Girls and Boys Festivals will take place on Sunday 17th March.
